Across three nights, you’ll experience daily Reformer Pilates sessions, scenic hikes, recovery treatments, nourishing food, and time to properly slow down in a relaxed and supportive environment.

This retreat is about more than just exercise. It’s about creating space to move better, recharge physically and mentally, meet like-minded people, and enjoy experiences that leave you feeling refreshed, energised, and inspired.

Whether you come alone or with friends, our aim is to create a welcoming experience centred around movement, connection, community, and wellbeing.

01 / Slow Mornings & Local Breakfasts

Start the day slowly with fresh coffee, pastries, breakfast, and relaxed conversations before movement begins. The retreat is designed to help you step away from busy routines and create space to properly recharge.

02 / Reformer Sessions with Expert Coaching

Daily reformer sessions focused on movement quality, strength, mobility, recovery, and wellbeing. Small group coaching allows you to feel supported, challenged, and connected throughout the retreat experience.

03 / Adventure, Connection & Free Time

Alongside movement and recovery, the retreat is about enjoying new experiences, exploring together, and making lasting memories. From scenic excursions to time by the sea, there’s space to unwind, connect, and simply enjoy the moment.

    • Group lunch / refreshments during excursion

    • Group dinner at the restaurant
    • Free evening to socialise and relax

    Day 3 — Recharge & Reconnect

    • Strength & mobility focused Reformer session
    • Wellness workshop / breathwork session

    • Free time to enjoy the local area, Adriatic Sea, or treatments
