Studio 1224 – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, booking, or attending any service provided by Studio 1224, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility, Health & Participation

1.1 You confirm that you have completed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) honestly and accurately prior to participation.

1.2 You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in exercise, or that you have sought appropriate medical advice and been cleared to participate.

1.3 You agree to disclose any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns to Studio 1224 prior to participation and to update us if your health status changes.

1.4 You understand that participation in physical exercise carries inherent risk, and you voluntarily accept full responsibility for your participation.

1.5 Studio 1224 reserves the right to request medical clearance from a GP before allowing participation where deemed necessary for safety reasons.

2. Payments

2.1 All sessions, packs, and services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless part of a recurring membership.

2.2 Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly rolling basis until cancelled in accordance with Section 6.

2.3 Studio 1224 reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided where applicable.

3. Bookings

3.1 All sessions must be booked in advance via the official booking system.

3.2 Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received.

3.3 Studio 1224 reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary for safety, operational, or conduct reasons.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

4.1 A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

4.2 Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in the loss of that session or credit.

4.3 Studio 1224 reserves the right to charge in full for missed sessions.

5. Refunds

5.1 All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by UK law.

5.2 Sessions, packs, and memberships are non-refundable once purchased, used, or activated.

5.3 Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Studio 1224.

6. Memberships

6.1 Memberships are non-transferable and must not be shared.

6.2 Included sessions must be used within the billing cycle unless otherwise stated and do not roll over.

6.3 Memberships may be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.

6.4 Failure to provide notice in time may result in one final charge.

7. Packs & Expiry

7.1 Session packs and passes are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

7.2 Expired sessions cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded.

8. Studio Operations

8.1 Studio 1224 reserves the right to amend class times, instructors, programming, or services where necessary.

8.2 Where a session is cancelled by Studio 1224, clients will be offered an alternative session or credit.

9. Conduct

9.1 Studio 1224 is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment.

9.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry, suspend, or terminate memberships without refund in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, or abusive behaviour.

10. Personal Belongings

10.1 Studio 1224 accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.

11. Liability

11.1 Participation in all activities is at your own risk.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio 1224 excludes liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by proven negligence.

12. Agreement

12.1 By purchasing, booking, or attending any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
