Membership Cancellation Policy – Studio 1224

All Studio 1224 memberships are billed on a monthly rolling basis.

We value clear communication and flexibility — we’re not here to tie you into long-term contracts. If you need to leave, you’re free to do so, as long as it’s within the notice period.

Cancellations must be submitted via our form before the 21st of the month to take effect before the next billing cycle. If notice is not provided within this timeframe, the next payment will be processed as scheduled.

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Sessions included within your membership must be used within the billing cycle and do not roll over, unless otherwise stated.
