Men's Movement Club is a dedicated weekly Reformer Pilates class created for men who want to move better, feel stronger, improve mobility, and stay active for years to come.
Whether you're a runner, golfer, footballer, rugby player, gym-goer, cyclist, or simply spend long hours at a desk, this class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, reduce aches and pains, and move with greater confidence.
Many men focus heavily on strength training, sport, or cardio, but often neglect mobility, stability, recovery, and movement quality. The Men's Movement Club helps bridge that gap. We currently have 1 class per week for men.
Every Saturday at 7.30am for 45 minutes.
