Absolutely! Our beginner friendly sessions are designed to introduce you to Reformer Pilates safely and effectively. If it’s your first time with us, we recommend starting with our Starter Pass or if it’s your first time trying Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with our Beginner Starter Class or 1:1 Reformer Pack depending on your level of experience.

Getting started at Studio 1224 is simple.

You can book directly online by purchasing a recurring membership or short term package. Just choose the option that fits your schedule and goals.

If you’ve done Reformer before and it’s your first time with us, we recommend starting with our Starter Pass. If it is your first time trying Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with our 1:1 Reformer Intro Pack, alternatively you can join our Beginner Class.

The Starter Pass is designed as the perfect introduction to the studio, giving you the opportunity to experience our classes, coaching, and community before committing to a membership.

The 1:1 Reformer Intro is designed to be at your pace and help build confidence on the Reformer.

Once you’ve purchased your membership or pass, simply book your sessions through our app and you’re ready to begin.

Attending once per week can lead to fantastic improvements in strength, mobility, posture, and overall wellbeing.

One thing that makes our memberships different is that your sessions aren't fixed to specific days each week.

If you have a 4 session membership, you have the flexibility to use those sessions at any point throughout the month. Likewise, if you're on an 8 session membership, you can spread them across the month in a way that works around your schedule.

We understand that life can be busy and flexibility matters.

That said, if your goal is to see meaningful progress, relying solely on occasional ad hoc bookings or class packs can make it harder to build the consistency that delivers lasting results.

Our memberships are designed to help you create a regular practice, whilst still giving you the flexibility to fit classes around work, family, holidays, and everyday life.

Yes. Grip socks are required for all reformer Pilates classes for safety. The non-slip grips help improve stability on the equipment and reduce the risk of slipping.

No. Regular socks don't provide enough grip on the reformer and aren't permitted in class.

No problem! Grip socks are available to purchase at reception before your class.
